Responsibility
- manage a team of paid and volunteer staff members serving our visitors breakfasts and lunches within our Visitor Centre café
- you will ensure we have sufficient provisions to support our menu
- preserve our excellent reputation and high standards of customer satisfaction
- support and motivate the whole team to achieve the best they can be
- schedule shifts and ensure staffing is adequate to cover service hours
- recommend staff training
- recommend buying new supplies or equipment based on need
- you will have significant experience of managing a kitchen including holding the highest standards of Health and Safety at work practices and Food Hygiene processes
