- smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, floats, and other tools
- use trowels, brushes, and other tools to apply and spread plaster evenly
- repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls and ceilings
Requirements
- proven experience as a plasterer or similar role
- knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- familiarity with tools and equipment used in plastering
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
