Responsibility

  • undertaking relevant training
  • confidence in creating speciality coffee drinks using all equipment and to house rand correctly brewing speciality tea
  • waiting related tasks; taking orders, taking payment, serving drinks, running food etc
  • maintaining customer focus and delivering consistently high standards of service; being a recognisable face for a regular customer base and representing the company to the community - a genuine excitement for service and customer relations is a MUST
  • maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleaning; adhering to all due diligence and meeting compliance with environmental health standards with regards to food handling
  • keeping up-to-date with with in-store product knowledge; looking into new product options from current suppliers eg. guest coffees and beers, seasonal offers
