Responsibility
- deliver comprehensive administration support to all Directors, ensuring their operational needs are met
- act as a legal liaison, assist with IP registrations and manage related matters
- oversee administrative compliance for BASIS and COSHH, ensuring up-to-date records at all times
- ensure company-wide adherence to Health & Safety compliance standards
- attend networking events, including liaising with business contacts and utilising social media effectively
- arrange and facilitate Management and Board meetings, providing feedback to staff when required

Requirements
- excellent knowledge and a minimum of 2 years experience working hands-on in a general management role or similar
- experience in planning and budgeting
- experience of working in a busy office environment
- good numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
- overall knowledge of business processes and functions such as HR, procurement, operations and finance
- excellent leadership and delegation skills
- knowledge/experience of working in the turf and amenity sector
- proven record of delivering excellent service
