proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams within a high volume flagship hospitality sector
strong background in hospitality management or related fields is highly desirable
experience in bartending and culinary operations is advantageous

strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members alike
A passion for food preparation and service excellence, with a keen eye for detail
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required

Requirements
