  • the Pilgrm is a 73-bedroom hotel, lounge and coffee bar that opened in November 2017 in Paddington’s Norfolk Square
  • we believe in bringing people together and that genuine hospitality is seamless, generous and graceful
  • at our core we are individuals driven by making something that was once beautiful, beautiful again
  • we are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Waiter/ Supervisor to join our highly motivated team
  • they need to have strong hospitality background and an irresistible personality
  • the Pilgrm is a reinterpretation of the traditional hotel experience and is focused on removing any perceived barriers between the team and guests
  • the right person must have an outgoing personality and creative flair, whilst being at ease chatting to our guests and at the same time delivering warm yet professional service
  • good & attentive eye in making sure that stock par levels are always maintained and organised
