- the Pickled Parson is looking to bring someone into our kitchen team to join with our Head Chef and help bring our food service to an even better height
- however this is only a starting salary and once you have worked, proven your skills - we will review this and negotiate accordingly
- monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- we are looking for someone who perhaps wants to become a Sous Chef, has been working in kitchens for a while - wants to step up the ladder but hasn't found the right place for this yet! This is why the salary is placed where it is
- assist the head chef in planning and directing food preparation activities
- please note that bartending experience is not required for this position
Requirements
- strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong leadership and communication skills/Ability to follow instruction
- attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
