Responsibility

  • estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support with The Pharmacy Group, a pharmacy company based in Leeds
  • supporting our pharmacies with IT queries and problems
  • setting up hardware for new and existing pharmacies
  • basic installation, configuration & support of I.T equipment such as PC’s, laptops etc
  • ensuring appropriate staff members have access to platforms they need
  • ensuring pharmacies have adequate stock of IT consumables
  • as IT Support & Compliance Assistant you will be a valued contributor to our IT infrastructure, you will be part of a warm, friendly, and forward-thinking team responsible for supporting with the general everyday challenges facing all modern businesses
  • updating online profiles for our pharmacies and developing social media presence
