Responsibility
- we are passionate about local produce, fish and seafood and we have a liking for all things seaweed and foraged
- we are open 5 – 7 days a week, depending on the season
- we host lots of events through the year and like team members to be part of the ideas and implementing process
- we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sous / assistant chef to join us and who would like to be involved with the kitchen of a coastal pub and restaurant, where we do things a little differently
- if you would like to be able to showcase you own talents and put forward and implement your own ideas as part of a dynamic team, then we would like to hear from you
- our menu is a little different and we have a wonderful location right on the edge of the sea in beautiful Pembrokeshire
- the role is flexible and can either be part time or full time to suit, with our main food service between 12pm and 8pm
