Responsibility
we are passionate about local produce, fish and seafood and we have a liking for all things seaweed and foraged
we are open 5 – 7 days a week, depending on the season
we host lots of events through the year and like team members to be part of the ideas and implementing process
we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sous / assistant chef to join us and who would like to be involved with the kitchen of a coastal pub and restaurant, where we do things a little differently
if you would like to be able to showcase you own talents and put forward and implement your own ideas as part of a dynamic team, then we would like to hear from you
our menu is a little different and we have a wonderful location right on the edge of the sea in beautiful Pembrokeshire
the role is flexible and can either be part time or full time to suit, with our main food service between 12pm and 8pm
