  • building and maintaining good relationships with our customers
  • you will be responsible for bar stock purchases and sales with excellent bar and cellar service
  • keep the cleanliness and health and safety levels at a very high level
  • an understanding of the importance of stock control and wage budgets while ensuring the customer experience is never compromised
  • focus on staff training to ensure we deliver the highest standards of food and drink service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • there will be a variety of tasks from front of house & bar work, cellar management, stock & cash control, assisting with staff training to name some of them. You will also help plan & run promotional events
