Responsibility

  • draft and revise comprehensive construction documents, including plans, specifications, and construction drawings
  • you will work collaboratively with senior architects and designers, translating client requirements into creative and functional architectural designs
  • collaborate with the architectural team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions for home improvement and glazing projects
  • this role requires a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about architecture and sustainability
  • review and analyse project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints
  • work closely with clients to understand their project needs and create customized design proposals
  • coordinate with our design and production teams to prepare detailed architectural drawings for our clients
  • collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient planning and execution of projects

Requirements

  • proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar
  • prior experience in the field of Architecture, including the drafting and revision of construction documents and specifications
  • strong design and visualization skills to effectively communicate architectural ideas
  • familiarity with construction management principles is preferred
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate architectural drawings
  • knowledge of interior design concepts is advantageous
  • passion for architecture and a keen interest in promoting environmental sustainability
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
