- review and analyse project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints
Requirements
- proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, and NavisWorks
- proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar
- strong understanding of CAD principles and practices
- prior experience in the field of Architecture, including the drafting and revision of construction documents and specifications
- strong design and visualization skills to effectively communicate architectural ideas
- excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- familiarity with construction management principles is preferred
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate architectural drawings
