  • day to day depot management
  • managing all members of staff and equipment within the depot
  • assisting the management team with the scheduling of grounds maintenance
  • managing and carrying out small soft landscaping projects
  • ensure all members of staff comply with health and safety legislation
  • providing holiday cover for the grounds maintenance teams
  • ensure all members of staff complete daily logs/timesheets
  • carry out staff appraisals with HR manager
