Responsibility
- establish and maintain excellent relationships with our players and potential players and welcome our players in a friendly and professional manner
- answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information about the club, Padel, and available services
- manage court bookings, including matches, and rentals
- maintain a clean, organized and well stocked retail area
- assist players with selecting merchandise, answering questions, and completing purchases
- process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- stay informed about new products and promotions
- take orders, prepare simple snacks and cold beverages
