Responsibility

  • establish and maintain excellent relationships with our players and potential players and welcome our players in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information about the club, Padel, and available services
  • manage court bookings, including matches, and rentals
  • maintain a clean, organized and well stocked retail area
  • assist players with selecting merchandise, answering questions, and completing purchases
  • process returns and exchanges according to company policy
  • stay informed about new products and promotions
  • take orders, prepare simple snacks and cold beverages
