THE OYSTER SMACK is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • training and motivating the front of house team to provide excellent professional customer service
  • running a smooth shift ensuring the customers are being well looked after and any issues or complaints are dealt with amicably
  • contributing to the level of cleanliness and hygiene on the restaurant floor
  • stock control, orders, basic cellar management, cash ups and lock ups
  • customer correspondences via email, phone and through our online booking channels
  • our ideal candidate would need to be knowledgeable about food and drinks, enjoy and care about customer service, and preferably be somewhat computer literate
  • we have a passionate, hands on, hard working and fun team and would love to have a manager than can help further our endeavours
  • hours are around 45 -50 a week, with a starting salary of 26,000 per year. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
