Responsibility
you will need to possess the skills to clearly brief and set expectations for projects and deliverables
then coordinate activities to ensure they are delivered on time and in line with marketing plan
internal communications – support and coordinate our internal communications channels and activities
engage and influence key stakeholders – key to the role will be your ability to build strong relationships and influence with our sales team and subject matter experts as well as internal/external stakeholders
termly external newsletter content - coordinate the termly/quarterly client newsletter sent to our contacts
campaign coordination – support and coordinate campaign activity, ensuring well planned and communicated programmes of activity are executed leading to engagement and action from clients and contacts
video content – Simple video editing of content for internal and external audiences. This will include updating and maintaining our current YouTube channel
coordination of case study and awards activity - coordinating case study and awards activity, which will involve management of internal stakeholders and external partners/clients to meet timescales and deliver high quality outputs
Requirements
proven ability to work independently and autonomously, using initiative whilst still delivering quality outcomes
demonstrable influence and relationship building skills
an eye for detail and the ability to capture an audience’s attention without compromising quality
experience and confidence in working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
experience in preparing reporting data and insights
superior presentation skills
