engineering manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- provide leadership and expertise by driving engineering standards across the site
- support the engineering function aligning with the site engineering strategy and annual engineering departmental targets
- liaising with operations manager to ensure smooth running of production and attending daily meetings to review
- assist in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects
- develop and maintain relations between Engineering and other departments
- this role will be an integral part of the Engineering team ensuring both business and customer expectations are met, by supporting the Engineering Manager in maintaining department standards, and the day-to-day management of the engineering team
- supervise installations
- working closely with operations and site management to ensure key target outputs are reached, as well as ensuring optimum performance is achieved from plant and equipment, whilst contributing to improving production efficiency
