  • have a full UK Driving licence
  • be able to perform preventative maintenance
  • handle basic repairs and maintenance
  • be capable of overseeing contractors when professional works/repairs are necessary
  • A general maintenance person is required to work across our 3 sites assisting with general maintenance and decorating involving a combination of indoor and outdoor work
  • be skilled with various hand and power tools
  • perform regular checks
