Responsibility

  • \* Supporting the first point of contact to Soakly users , maintaining excellent customer service at all times
  • \* Looking after all the social media channels for Soakly. This is currently Facebook, Messenger and LinkedIn
  • \* Updating the company in-house booking and customer relationship management system
  • \* Respond positively and quickly to customer and help-desk enquiries and take appropriate action in-line with company procedures
  • \* Ensure the systems are managed and maintained in-line with company policies and procedures to make sure the customers receive a high-quality service

Requirements

  • \* Previous experience within a highly customer-focused role
  • \* Outstanding customer-service skills with strong verbal and written communication
  • \* The ability to think on your feet
  • \* A confident, polite and professional persona
  • \* Smartly presented
  • \* Office experience: at least 3 years
  • customer service: 3 years
  • \* Social Media Marketing: 1 year
