Responsibility
- recruiting new stylists, barbers and juniors to expand and support the businesses’ needs
- delivering and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salons at all times
- social media – salons’ promotion and marketing
- liaising with the Salon Owner to ensure slick and efficient procedures are maintained within the salons, including analysing monthly sales and targets
- front of House lead - maintaining a confident, friendly and professional approach to ensure a fantastic and efficient customer experience is delivered at all times and ensuring stylists, barbers and juniors follow suit
- motivating the teams to ensure a great bond is created and an exceptional clientele rapport is kept at all times. Analyze businesses' processes and identify areas for improvement
- overseeing the day to day smooth running of the salons’ floors - including: maintaining a well-kept and accurate booking system, retail sales and professional stock-taking/ordering
Requirements
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- effective in communication at all levels and delivering high standards of customer service
- IT efficient to carry out all administration duties of the salon - must be confident in using MS Office, Google Suite
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- enthusiastic and energetic, with a warm, open and friendly approach to lead by example
- understanding of hair salons and how they operate
