Requirements
- knowledge of Early Years Funding is desirable
- highly organised and responsive, with ability to work to tight deadlines and calm under pressure
- numerate and a lateral thinker with a strong attention to detail
- willingness to learn new change methodology and tools along with willingness to share with others
- confidentially and understanding of GDPR
- experienced in the use of systems and administration PeopleHR , or other HRMS with knowledge of modules including HR, Recruitment and LMS systems
- committed to providing excellent customer service and having good relationship skills to understand stakeholders needs
- problem-solving skills
