  • assistant General Manager - Independent Pub, Kitchen and Hotel in East London
  • the Role
  • as Assistant General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the pub as if it were your own business
  • be business savvy and make day-to-day decisions that make sense and grow sales
  • you'll be part of the team, work with them on busy sessions on the floor and help them develop
