Working hours

Responsibility

  • we want to achieve the highest possible standard of care throughout the home
  • you will be monitoring the Residents and responding to any clinical concerns raised by staff or the Residents themselves
  • as an RGN, you will be leading the shift, providing effective supervision and management of care staff with the aim of providing our Residents with high quality, person centred care
  • as part of your role you may be expected to carry out drug rounds in the Home and will be responsible for maintaining accurate care records
  • in addition, you will work alongside our non-clinical teams to ensure that the Residents get the best experience throughout the day or night

Requirements

  • qualified RGN / RMN with current PIN
  • experience of working in a nursing home
  • understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • knowledge of the statutory CQC requirements associated with care
  • excellent communication both written and verbal
  • good time management skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • A flexible approach to working hours
