Responsibility
key Tasks
to lead, develop and manage the operations of the organisation in line with the agreed strategic direction
the Operations Manager works closely with our Counselling Manager who oversees the Clinical
monitor finances and produce monthly monitoring and management accounting reports for the Board of Trustees
ensure all income and expenditure is controlled in line with finance policy and procedures
22. To carry out other duties that may reasonably be required in line with the operations management role
develop and implement a business plan and annual budget for the service, in line with agreed objectives
monitor client and team satisfaction with a view to promoting and improving the service; ensuring client and team complaints are investigated and dealt with appropriately
