- to lead, develop and manage the operations of the organisation in line with the agreed strategic direction
- the Operations Manager works closely with our Counselling Manager who oversees the Clinical
- monitor finances and produce monthly monitoring and management accounting reports for the Board of Trustees
- ensure all income and expenditure is controlled in line with finance policy and procedures
