Responsibility

  • working as a team to a high standard and in compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations
  • the Oaks are looking for an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer services skills to fulfil the exciting role as a Shift Supervisor/Manager
  • your role will be to ensure the restaurant is run with maximum efficiency and profitability by adapting capacity to demand and utilising existing resources as efficiently as possible
  • you will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring that customers have great confidence in the restaurant through the provision of excellent service
  • attend team meetings, manage stock and deliveries as instructed and required

Requirements

  • be educated to GCSE level
  • hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
  • be qualified to NVQ level1, 2 or above in food preparation and cooking
  • be aware of Health and Safety regulations and HACCP
  • excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
  • effective communication skills
  • effective time management and organisation skills
  • supervising experience: 1 year
