the Oaks are looking for an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer services skills to fulfil the exciting role as a Shift Supervisor/Manager
your role will be to ensure the restaurant is run with maximum efficiency and profitability by adapting capacity to demand and utilising existing resources as efficiently as possible
you will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring that customers have great confidence in the restaurant through the provision of excellent service
attend team meetings, manage stock and deliveries as instructed and required
Requirements
be educated to GCSE level
hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
be qualified to NVQ level1, 2 or above in food preparation and cooking
be aware of Health and Safety regulations and HACCP
excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
effective communication skills
effective time management and organisation skills
supervising experience: 1 year
