Responsibility

  • the Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure sales goals are met
  • this position is responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales quotas and developing new business
  • manage all customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, etc
  • follow up on all customer leads generated by the company within established guidelines
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions, customer files, etc
  • follow up on all customer issues in a timely manner with respect to all ongoing customer issues
  • follow up on all ongoing customer issues until resolved
  • work with the Operations Manager to ensure orders are placed, orders are filled and revenue is maximized

Requirements

  • minimum of 1 years of sales experience in a high-volume environment
  • minimum of 1 years of related experience in a small business environment preferred
