Responsibility
- support the management team in the maintenance and running of a cocktail bar and music venue
- deliver exemplary service in line with our procedures
- help to deliver bar training & developing programs to all bar staff
- support with the leading and directing of all staff
- motivate the bar team and project a positive attitude at all times
- to participate in necessary Management meetings
- to help the General Manager with beverage stock control and bar management
- to abide by the house rules at all times
Requirements
- ability to work well under pressure and use initiative
- possess excellent communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers
- ability to problem solve and escalate complaints accordingly
- dedicated team-player, who strives for excellence and leads by example
- strong time-management and prioritisation skills
- ability to carry out a weekly line-clean
- knowledge of ePOS & PDQ systems
