Responsibility

  • monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of ingredients
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in the development of new menu items and specials
  • train and supervise junior kitchen staff members

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting
