Responsibility

  • greet customers and take their orders
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
  • provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
  • restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
  • check identification to verify legal drinking age
  • handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

Requirements

  • previous experience working in the food industry or food service is preferred
  • knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
  • excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • knowledge of food handling safety procedures is required
