Responsibility
- this role will ensure the policies and procedures undertaken across operations are in line with our values and charitable objectives
- this role is responsible for the smooth running of the different Mustard Tree sites to a high standard, ensuring a best-in-class infrastructure – demonstrated by delivering key performance indicators and high employee and customer satisfaction
- this role will involve close working with the head of operations, branch team leaders and retail Co Ordinator’s in the implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of the charity’s retail operations
- this includes retail, logistics, food, management of our sites and delivering training opportunities for our Freedom trainees to help learn new skills whilst supporting the charity
- the role would suit someone who has senior retail management experience who would like to branch out in to the Charity sector whilst developing themselves, our team and sites
- makes systemic comparisons of monthly financial data/management accounts to identify trends, savings and to create proposals to improve operational delivery
- carrying out audits to monitor quality and compliance maintaining a positive culture across all sites whilst continuously improving our service and adherence to policies, procedures and health and safety
