  • to deliver music lessons using the school’s Music’sCool curriculum programme for Years 2, 3, 5 and 6
  • support the school’s choir, termly concerts and assemblies
  • liaise and support other music and instrumental teachers across the school to improve the quality of music it offers to the pupils

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • graduate
  • degree in Music
  • QTS
  • holds an Enhanced DBS
  • grade 8 level in any instrument
  • ability to teach across more than one key stage
  • competence in teaching children with a range of abilities, using differentiation and different learning styles and approaches
  • knowledge of the National Curriculum for Music and Music’sCool programme
