Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful, busy pub with stunning patio in Great Alne, on the outskirts of Alcester
- we are part of a growing, independent pub group, which means plenty of room for progression as we expand
- with community at our heart, we are a local pub that has been fully refurbished and serves delicious, home-cooked food, alongside quality beers, wines and spirits
- we have an roaring open fire and log burner for cosy, dark evenings in Winter, and a large, gorgeous patio for alfresco drinks and dining in the warmer months
- A Deputy Manager will be responsible for the day to day operational management of The Mother Huff Cap under the supervision of and in the absence of the General Manager
- they will need to help grow and develop the pub to agreed budgets, and to help lead the team in delivering impeccable service in a comfortable and relaxed pub atmosphere
- we believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other, so are looking for a like-minded, enthusiastic person to join our pub family
- previous experience as a Deputy Manager not necessarily required, as full training will be given. However, previous experience within hospitality management preferred
