we are on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef to join the Back of House team at our Gastro Pub in Sevenoaks
supporting the Head Chef, you will be a Sous Chef or experienced, established Junior Sous Chef who is ideally already working in a high-end Gastro Pub or fine dining restaurant environment
you will ensure the highest standards across all kitchen operations; taking responsibility for the creation of accomplished classic and modern dishes, ensuring consistent levels of food quality, presentation and customer satisfaction
