Responsibility

  • this is a unique opportunity for one or two people who can work well together
  • the first role is for a full time and dedicated chef
  • the second role will be to support the chef
  • the venue itself is a country pub which is situated in the beautiful Peak District National Park
  • we serve home made traditional pub meals and real ales
  • accommodation will be available over the next month for the right candidates
  • the job role will include overseeing the kitchen and fulfilling all aspects of the kitchen, stock checking / placing orders, maintaining a high level of food hygiene and personal hygiene
  • their hours can be made up with bar work, setting bedding for the glamping pods and guest rooms or working in the up and coming Café
