Responsibility
- we are a family owned micro pub based in Swanley, Kent
- assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns
- supervise staff members and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching and support
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- we have spent the past 5 years growing and expanding the business, now we are in need of some full time support from a friendly, motivated, dedicated and trustworthy person to assist in the continued growth of our unique establishment
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in bartending, bar management and personal licence is essential
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- supervising experience: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
