Responsibility
- the Noah’s bar and restaurant is looking for a professional bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience
- bartender responsibilities include mixing drinks, garnishing drinks, serving food and ensuring the bar is clean and tidy
- to be successful in this role you should have previous experience in the industry
- prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- you should be able to make drinks on the spot and follow all health and safety guidelines
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- ultimately, you will ensure all guests have a memorable experience and leave happy
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Requirements
- resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- in-depth knowledge of craft cocktail knowledge and methods
- knowledge of a wide range of drinks available at Stoke-On-Trent
- ability to make fresh batches of cocktails on the spot
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ability to keep the bar clean and tidy
