• be responsible for ensuring that an effective planned maintenance programme is in place for all applicable properties, and that this programme is effectively documented, communicated and reported on
• prepare recommendations, scope of works and quotations for reactive repair and upgrade works across the portfolio. Preform repairs and project manage specialists and sub-contractors
• establishing & maintaining relationships with contractors and specialist sub-contractors including pricing & quality control. Building a dynamic specialist contractor pool to aid in service delivery
• establish safeguarding processes as and when required. Complete Annual Risk Assessment
• identifying areas for growth/strategy development for department. Suggest operational routes forward to facilitate with Board
• consider and recommend infrastructure solutions to the board as required. bearing in mind costs / resource required / benefits
• responsibility to ensure all department billing is completed by monthly deadlines
• take responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations related to services delivered
• ensure New Starter Onboarding processes are robust and in place. Lead & organise recruitment for department
• responsibility to ensure team Annual Leave Scheduling is managed to avoid any resource issues
