Responsibility

  • the Mercer Collection Hotels are currently looking to recruit a hotel receptionist to join our small front of house team
  • tasks range from general administration, checking in guests and attending to guests' requirements
  • some food service & bar work is also required ad hoc
  • A good knowledge of Southsea/Portsmouth is an advantage
  • this is a customer focused hands on role rather than back office
  • reliability is essential
  • the right candidate must be passionate about providing our guests with the very best guest experience, communicating in a friendly and confident manner
  • salary - up to £11.00 per hour plus tips
