Responsibility

  • manage the daily operations of the café, ensuring seamless and efficient service
  • lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • supervise food preparation and ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • assist with basic cooking and food preparation as required
  • manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory to minimize waste and control costs
  • managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours

Requirements

Requirements

  • at least one year working or pre reg in either private practice or a sports environment
  • additional training or demonstrably strong practical skills in soft-tissue, taping, manipulations, rehab or strength and conditioning

massage therapist

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in massage therapy
  • strong patient management skills
  • enthusiastic about working within a multidisciplinary setting
  • minimum Level 3 massage qualification in Sports Massage
