  • process applications, sales invoices, event bookings and orders
  • generate and interpret membership and sales data reports
  • generate journal mailings data and liaise with print/mailing houses
  • maintain the MA’s Amazon account and online shop
  • process incoming and outgoing post
  • be the main point of contact for all general enquiries by telephone and email
