marketing manager

Requirements

  • degree or post graduate degree in Marketing or related subject
  • proven knowledge of working with project management tools – Workfront, Basecamp, Monday.com, Pipedrive, Trello etc
  • proven Knowledge of working with social and digital marketing channels to drive leads and revenue
  • preferred – knowledge of working with marketing automation platforms
  • experience managing budgets and delivering to tight timelines
  • self-starter with good attention to detail
  • highly organized and great at managing multiple priorities and timelines
  • 2+ years Marketing Agency experience

Responsibility

  • liaising with creative staff, suppliers and vendors on all project engagements
  • coordinating and arranging client meetings, client presentations and pitch support in conjunction with the team and or Director
  • building strong working relationships with clients based on the agency as a strategic resource and business partners
  • lead client meetings and consult/manage customer expectations. Provide strategic input to client, and help drive client decision-making process
  • ownership of projects from start to completion within dedicated client accounts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within in budget and managing and delighting the client
  • manage client/project budgets and oversee billing/invoicing for client accounts. Identify opportunities within existing client accounts and assist with contract renewals
  • if needed, attend client market events, trade shows, and conferences to support clients, network, establish contact relationships, and represent our clients expertise
  • maintain ongoing relations with key established accounts through direct client contact, including liaison on current projects and prospecting for new projects, taking detailed project briefs, and assessing growth potential
