Requirements
- proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
