Responsibility
- our Logistics Division operates from numerous locations providing integrated logistics solutions including warehousing, road and rail distribution and supply chain management
- we operate 450 trucks, over 5 million square feet of warehousing and major rail freight terminals, servicing several blue-chip customers
- the Company is seeking to appoint a Labourer at our Workshop in Linwood to strengthen our existing team
- reasonable flexibility is expected in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak operational periods
- benefits include work wear subject to conditions and a pension scheme in compliance with Government auto enrolment legislation
- responsibilities will include washing and preparing units for MOT inspections, painting the workshop and vehicles, alongside other general duties. You will be expected to keep the workshop tidy and maintain the required health and safety standards
- to be successful in your application you must have a professional attitude and good communication skills. Driving license is preferred but not essential
- the hours of work will be based on Monday – Friday 8–5.30 with additional hours available on Saturdays, this will be discussed further at interview
