Requirements
- full Clean driving licence
- vehicle fitting background is preferred
- A proven track record in a team leader/supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- experience of using workshop tools; Bench Mitre Saws, Air Tools, Pilar Drills, Linisher, handheld drills
- able to work under pressure
- working to continuously improve on Health & safety & housekeeping
- able to motivate a team to create a good working environment
- contribute to the improvement of working procedures
Responsibility
- working closely with our Buyer to ensure stock levels are maintained
- greeting clients dropping vehicles and ensuring they understand the fitting and pre-empty any issues
- issuing all work to staff daily in line with the production diary
- daily & weekly toolbox talks
