Responsibility
- starting salary £20,000 - £22,500 depending on experience
- full training will be provided both in-house and via on-line training providers
- ensure sufficient stock of all products are readily available in the brewery shop
- this role is for 36-40 hours per week. The role requires daytime and evening shifts, usually Wednesday to Saturday. Additional hours paid as overtime

- ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- ensure that bar procedures are adhered to including cleanliness and hygiene, stock and cash control and cellar management

Requirements
- strong understanding of retail math and the ability to perform basic calculations
- previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
