maintenance technician

  • maintenance technician

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • maintaining the homes buildings and grounds to a safe and good standard of repair
  • carry out routine repairs and monitoring on all systems and advise on problem areas to the Registered Manager
  • record keeping – Fire alarms/logs, COSHH, emergency lighting etc
  • ordering cleaning supplies for the home
  • ensure all PAT is up to date
  • metre readings
  • repairing fixtures and fittings
  • on call duties – home emergencies

Requirements

  • knowledge and experience in basic skills of general maintenance
  • must be able to drive
