Responsibility
- welcome and assist guests arriving late at night with check-in, luggage handling, and any inquiries they may have
- maintain a vigilant presence at the reception desk, providing a friendly and informative point of contact
- conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure security and address any concerns promptly
- collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure that overnight guests' requests are met
- handle guest queries, concerns, and requests with a professional and attentive attitude
