Responsibility
- generate leads and cold call new prospective customers
- attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
- marketing our service to the film industry
- research and identify new business opportunities for the agency - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing customers in our market
- managing a high quantity of location briefs from film industry customers and creating sets of options from our portfolio
- seek out the appropriate contact for up coming productions and feed this information into the relevant team or work on the lead themselves
- answering day to day queries from productions
- with support from your team and line manager, meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone to develop new relationships and foster and develop existing relationships with customers
Requirements
- great relationship building skills
- excellent problem-solving skills
- strong communication skills
- commercial acumen
- self-motivation and ability to get things done independently
- an ability to stay calm under pressure or in difficult situations
- experience working in an entry level sales or sales support role, ideally in a role with financial targets although this is not essential
- A strong eye for workable, on-brief sites that meet a production’s needs
