Responsibility
- we are now recruiting for an experienced Event Operations and Logistics to join our team, based in Isleworth
- assisting in identifying resource pinch points with pipeline and confirmed events
- we are a supportive, close-knit team who enjoys doing what we do and having a laugh along the way
- everyone is encouraged to be themselves and input into the organisation at all levels
- sourcing and booking freelancers for the Workshop and on-site installations
- management of any resourcing changes

- briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements
- proven experience of working in a similar role in events production or events operations
- set-building experience and an interest in event styling will be beneficial
- strong project management experience with the ability to problem solve and find solutions
- relevant qualification in Events Management is desirable, but is not essential
- strong understanding of event logistics and operations
- knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace and whilst on site
- strong organisational and analytical skills
- excellent attention to detail
