knowledge of culinary practices and procedures preferred but not required

Responsibility
participate in the preparation of menu items, cleaning up of the kitchen when necessary
follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all food service operations in accordance with the standards of quality, service, cost, and sanitation
