- excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- basic computer skills and ability to use hotel software systems
- willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibility
- monitor the hotel premises and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- respond to guest requests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift
- perform basic cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to ensure the hotel is clean and tidy
- assist with maintaining hotel inventory, such as restocking supplies and equipment
- follow established procedures for handling cash, credit card transactions, and guest information
- attend to guest needs, such as providing additional bedding or towels
- respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or medical situations, and take appropriate actions
- maintain accurate and timely records of nightly activities and incidents
